SIMPLE PAIN RELIEF RUB RECIPE

This simple do-it-yourself rub recipe helps to relieve pain and rejuvenate muscles. You'll be back on your feet in no time! 

INGREDIENTS:



Add to 2-4 ounces of your favorite carrier oil and rub on the areas of concern.  









INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Simply combine essential oils in a 15 ml glass bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
  2. Massage into problem areas up to six times daily.
