SIMPLE PAIN RELIEF RUB RECIPE This simple do-it-yourself rub recipe helps to relieve pain and rejuvenate muscles. You'll be back on your feet in no time!  INGREDIENTS:7 Drops of Lavender6 Drops of Frankincense carterii4 Drops Eucalyptus3 Drops Lemongrass

Add to 2-4 ounces of your favorite carrier oil and rub on the areas of concern.  








1 Tablespoon of Fractionated Coconut OilINSTRUCTIONS:Simply combine essential oils in a 15 ml glass bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil.Massage into problem areas up to six times daily.
