 Flu Shot in a Roller Bottle

Fill a glass roller bottle (or other small glass bottle) with:

• 15 drops Shield essential oil blend
• 15 drops Lemon essential oil
• 15 drops Oregano essential oil
• 10 drops Melaleuca essential oil
• 1 to 2 tsp Fractionated coconut oil

HOW TO USE:

Combine oils in a glass roller bottle and rub onto the bottom of the feet daily (if you are sick, apply every 2 hrs.)
